1. Who we are
Cardreen is a service provided by DIGITAL SOLUTION CORE, S.A. ("Cardreen", "we", "us"), tax ID Aviso de Operación N° 155728089-2-2022 DV20, with registered offices at Calle U, Casa B8, Urbanización Chanis, Corregimiento de Parque Lefevre, Distrito de Panamá, Provincia de Panamá, República de Panamá.
Cardreen is a SaaS platform to create, share and manage digital business cards with lead capture, configurable call-to-action buttons, and a built-in mini CRM.

2. Acceptance
By creating an account, using Cardreen, or sharing a card built with Cardreen, you accept these Terms in full. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
If you act on behalf of an organization (Business or Team plans), you represent that you have authority to bind it.
3. Who can use Cardreen
To create an account you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Provide truthful, current information.
- Not be barred by law from using the service in your country.
Cardreen is not directed to minors. If we learn a minor created an account, we'll remove it.
4. Account and security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password confidential.
- All activity under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at info@cardreen.com.
You may not:
- Share your account with third parties (except invited members on Team plans).
- Create accounts with false identity or impersonate anyone.
- Use bots or scripts to register.
5. Plans, pricing and trial
Cardreen offers the following plans:

Free trial: every new account receives 7 days of the Pro plan at no cost. After the trial, the account moves to Free unless the user subscribes.
Renewal: annual and monthly plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Price changes: we may change prices with 30 days prior email notice. Prices for your current paid period do not change.
Refunds: plans are non-refundable except for demonstrable service defect or as required by your local law.
Currency: USD during the MVP. Other currencies may be added later.
6. Payments
We process payments through Mercado Pago (LATAM) and Stripe (future). By subscribing to a paid plan you also accept the processor's terms.
We do not store credit card details on our servers. Payment processors handle PCI-DSS compliance.
Applicable taxes (VAT, withholdings, etc.) are calculated based on your billing country.
7. Your content and your data
7.1 Content you upload
You retain ownership of:
- Your personal information (name, photo, contact details).
- Your company logos, images and content.
- The cards and CTAs you create.
- The leads you capture with Cardreen (see 7.2).
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process and display that content solely to operate the service (including showing your public mini-landing to anyone who scans your QR or visits your URL).
7.2 Captured leads — third-party personal data
This matters: leads captured with Cardreen are personal data of third parties (the people who leave their contact info on your mini-landing).
You are the "Controller" of those data (per GDPR/LFPDPPP/Ley 1581 terminology). Cardreen acts as "Processor": we process those leads only under your instructions.
As Controller, you are legally responsible for:
- Having a lawful basis (consent) to collect their data.
- Showing the lead a Privacy Notice before capture (Cardreen does this automatically, but you approve the text).
- Handling DSAR / data-subject rights requests sent to you.
- Not using leads for spam or unlawful purposes.
- Complying with CAN-SPAM, GDPR and local laws when running email marketing.
Cardreen does not sell, rent or share your leads with anyone. We only process them to display them in your mini CRM and let you export them.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Cardreen to:
- Upload illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, non-consensual sexual, violent or hateful content.
- Impersonate any person or company.
- Sell goods or services illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or otherwise abuse captured leads.
- Use trademarks, logos or third-party IP without authorization.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack the service.
- Circumvent plan limits via multiple accounts.
If we detect abuse:
- Minor breach: we'll email you with reasonable time to fix.
- Severe breach or repeat offense: account suspension or termination, no refund.
- Illegal conduct: cooperation with competent authorities.
9. Service availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep Cardreen available 24/7, but the service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability (scheduled maintenance may apply).
- Bug-free operation.
- Fitness for undocumented specific purposes.
We'll announce scheduled maintenance with at least 24 hours notice by email.
10. Cardreen intellectual property
The software, design, "Cardreen" brand, logos, tagline ("Less paper, more opportunities"), templates and platform code are the exclusive property of DIGITAL SOLUTION CORE, S.A..
You may not:
- Copy, modify or create derivative works of the software.
- Resell access to Cardreen as a white-label product without written authorization.
- Remove copyright or trademark notices.
11. Cancellation and account deletion
You may:
- Cancel your paid plan anytime (from your dashboard).
- Delete your account from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your cards, leads and data within a maximum of 30 days (except data we must retain by law).
We may:
- Suspend your account without prior notice for serious breach of these Terms.
- Shut down the service with 90 days prior notice, offering full data export.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Cardreen is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of user data, or claims by captured leads against the user.
- Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
- For free plans, liability is capped at USD 50.
These limitations do not apply to damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, nor exclude non-waivable consumer rights under your local law.
13. Indemnification
You will indemnify us against third-party claims (including from your leads) arising from:
- Your misuse of the service.
- Content you upload to Cardreen.
- Your breach of these Terms or of data-protection law applicable to leads you capture.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. If changes are material (affect your essential rights), we'll email you with 30 days notice. If you disagree, you can cancel before the effective date.
Minor changes (clarifications, typos, minor legal adjustments) take effect upon publication.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of República de Panamá. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Tribunales de la República de Panamá, unless consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you an alternative forum.
